stars disguised as opportunities

it has been a busy week for me here in the studio. I am preparing four new class samples ready for 2014 and preparing teaching proposals for the US - if you know of any retreats or stores looking for teachers, let me or them know to contact the other!

One of the pages I completed that I can show you is this one - which I really like.

I've been struggling with neck and shoulder pain for several weeks which has made life a little tricky - today I went and got some treatment and now I have massive cupping bruises and swelling and the pain in quite intense. So Not much work is getting done today!! I will be fine though - it began after an awkward sleep in San Francisco and I let it get worse than I should have. Thankfully I have an angel on earth named Yvonne - my massage therapist. She is amazing and uses cups and acupuncture on me to get me on my way - she's a gem and I would be crippled (literally) without her. Believe me when I say, you have to be someone special to get me to agree to needling in the first place and then have me coming back for more!!

Happy weekend everyone!
